Take a little jaunt through Edmonton at night, and you’ll find some very vibrant colours…

I was out and about one night with nothing more in mind than to find some long exposure photo opportunities… starting out at the Legislative grounds, a walk by the High Level bridge, and ending up at the light and angles of the Muttart Conservatory turned out to be a tranquil relaxing way to spend an evening, just admiring some of the light and colour within our city.

The High Level Bridge

Edmonton’s High Level Bridge is a spectacular mass of steel and light with an occasional spewing water fall. If you’re interested in checking out it’s history, click here.

The Parliament Building

Located right on the river valley, the Parliament Building is situated on over 55 acres of manicured lawns, with wondrous tree-lined walking paths and dozens of historical monuments.

The Muttart Conservatory

The vibrant colours of the Muttart Conservatory can be seen for miles. If you’re interested in checking out it’s gardens click here.
And what would a night shoot be without a shot of the moon…
